Cuisine Oil was founded in 2009 by Clarence Erasmus in a garage and the business grew within twelve months to such an extent that his brother Jan Erasmus with a financial background joined him. The initial business comprised out of the edible oils only catering for the 20lt bucket segment of the market after which the spent/used oil followed suit and grew the business even larger rather quickly and to such a degree that they requested their father Rassie Erasmus, with a corporate background to join them some two years ago.
