Palm Olein oil are edible plant oils derived from the fruits of Palm trees which is extracted from the pulp of the fruit of the oil palm Eleais guineensis.
Palm Olein is reddish in color due the high amount of beta-carotene and it further more is one of the few highly saturated vegetable fats which also does not contain cholesterol.
The commercial food industry world-wide is buoyed by its relatively lower cost including its high oxidative stability of the refined product when used for frying purposes.
